What if I receive a damaged package?
In the unfortunate event that an item arrived damaged please email us at contact us within two (2) days of receiving your order including photos of the damaged item and packaging. Since the items we sell are one-of-a-kind, we will need to open a claim with our shipping provider and determine what the next steps are.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately and we will work with you on getting the correct items shipped out to you.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! If you see an item you love but don’t see your size or if you have a particular design you would like please contact us and we will assist you with placing an order. All custom orders are hand made by individuals transitioning out of homelessness and can take up to four (4) weeks from the order date to be delivered.
What are the care instructions?
All of our garments undergo a heat wash process that sets the paint, making them extremely easy to care for. Machine wash cold, inside out and tumble dry low.
When will my order ship?
We will ship your order within 3 business days of payment. For orders shipping to a US address it may take anywhere from 3-7 business days after you receive your tracking information for your package to arrive.
Where is my order confirmation?
An order confirmation will be sent to you via email from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you did not get an order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder and contact us if you have any further questions.
What happens if I do not receive my package?
Please contact us within seven (7) days after you place your order and we will open an inquiry case with our carrier.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders over $150. Orders are shipped from Los Angeles and within 1-3 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
All international orders are subject to a $120 USD shipping fee. Duty, customs tariffs, taxes and VAT are set by the destination country and are the receivers responsibility. Any unpaid customs fees will result in a return shipment to Project Ropa.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. To complete a return you must contact us within three(3) days of receiving the order. Please include your name and order number in your correspondence. We must receive the item(s) within 10 days of the shipment date. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were sent out and with our tags attached. We reserve the right to turn down a return request. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, Project Ropa does not cover the cost of return shipping.
